Phonics- we are looking at the ‘o’ sound.

Maths—we are focusing on weight and mass using the language heavier and lighter or equal.

Comparing and ordering weights from largest to smallest

English- Character’s feelings. Think about the animals that won’t talk to the polar bear. How do you think they are feeling? Why won’t they talk to him?

Imagine you are the wise crow. What would you suggest the other animals do?

Science- We are about to start looking at how the weather changes as the seasons change. Can you make a container to measure the rain?

Music – Singing the continents song and the oceans song. Can you find a good song about the seasons?

Additional- practise counting in 2s, 5s and 10s, read books and play maths and word games.
